When we think of fashion and trends, the ally of consumerism, they often try to guide us to what is shiny, fresh, and new. But a rising consciousness nowadays is finally concerned with the grass beneath our toes and feet looks, to find, search and redesign what has already kept us warm, cool, and inspired. 

Culture Couture is a fashion project where the team of Arts of the Working Class works with 100 % Secondhand pieces, rebranded, layered, and inspired by the many fates inhabiting the streets of Berlin. The stories we share in the paper and online are then seamed together by hand with a colorful silkscreen.
